3. Information Sharing

With Other Users: Brand profiles are visible to influencers and vice versa. Public storefronts are accessible to anyone.

Service Providers: We share data with trusted third parties who help operate the Platform (payment processors, analytics, hosting, email services).

Legal Requirements: We may disclose data when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users.

We never sell your personal information to third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Data Security

offosecos is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will promptly delete it.
